Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your order from Oak & Lane. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • a clear photo (and/or short video) showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund (depending on the situation and stock availability).

Change of mind / unwanted items
At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or items that were ordered by mistake.

Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may be unable to issue a refund. If the item is returned successfully, we can offer a reshipment (shipping costs may apply).

Order cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to cancel if processing has started.
